The phones are not included in the kit. The pit phone calls the car phone before the car sets off, the car unit answers on its own, and the line stays open until the system is switched off.

The driver talks without pressing any button, as digital noise cancellation removes background noise. The pit crew holds the push to talk button on the headset to speak. If the signal is lost and the call drops, the pit phone calls back automatically and the car unit answers for the driver.

Kit contents

CG0010 Bluetooth car unit, self-powered, with volume control, status light visible to the driver and on/off switch

YB0307.2 extension cable, from the unit to the driver's helmet

CD0003 pit headset with microphone, noise reduction, own power supply and Bluetooth link to the phone

Charger

Specifications

Car to pit link

Call between two mobile phones

Phone link

Bluetooth, on the car unit and on the pit headset

Driver

Talks hands free, with digital noise cancellation

Pit crew

Push to talk button on the headset

Dropped call

The pit phone calls back automatically, the car unit answers

CG0010 car unit

66 g, 74 x 47 x 15 mm

Unit controls

Volume, on/off switch

Indicator

Status light, visible to the driver

Power

Self-powered, unit and headset

Configuration

One car kit, one pit headset with microphone

Part number

CQ0008

Compatibility

The car unit moves easily from one car to another and also fits a kart.

The driver's helmet needs intercom wiring.
