The interior of the muffler consists of:
Perforated stainless steel pipe
Stainless steel wool resistant to temperatures up to 1100C
Full-fiber heat-resistant glass mat
Stamped end cap resistant to cracking
Embossing (or deformation) on the perforated pipe inside the muffler:
improves sound damping
reduces resonance
can affect the sound characteristics (deeper, more bass-heavy tone).
