The balance bar
It fits between the pedal and two separate cylinders and splits the force mechanically. It is the correct solution and the one used in competition, but it needs a pedal box with two cylinders, so it is a serious job.
A valve in the line
A hydraulic valve fits in the line to the rear axle and limits the pressure reaching it. It goes on easily on a car with a single master cylinder, but it can only reduce at the rear, not raise at the front.
Adjustment from the cabin
Six position levers and cable controls let you change the bias without getting out of the car, useful when it starts raining mid race. The adjustment is made with the car moving, on test stops, not standing still in the paddock.
