For track days and club karting you do not need a homologated glove, you need one that does not slip on the wheel. The size is taken on hand circumference and it has to sit tight: creases in the palm slip on the wheel and tire the hand.

The size

It is taken on hand circumference. The glove has to sit tight, with no creases in the palm: creases slip on the wheel and tire the hand.
