Three or four points
The three point replaces the original belt and keeps everyday use as it was. The four point holds the shoulders far better on track, but it needs mounting points at the back and is not comfortable to use in traffic.
ECE approval, not FIA
ECE R16 is the approval for public roads. For licensed competition a six point FIA harness with an expiry date is required, and that is another category. Check what you need before ordering.
Mounting
The anchorage points have to be in the structure, not in thin floor metal or in the rear seat. The angle of the shoulder strap against the seat back matters: too high or too low and the belt no longer holds the body.
