What changes
The subframe has no play left, so the car answers the wheel immediately and holds its line under braking. On track, the difference is felt from the first corner.
What you give up
All the noise and all the vibration the rubber used to filter now reaches the body. On a car driven every day, that becomes tiring. It is not a compromise part: either you accept it, or you stay on polyurethane, which sits in the middle.
Where they fit
The collection covers trailing arm bushes, rear subframe bushes and differential bushes. A solidly mounted differential passes far more hum into the cabin than the rest, so it is the part to think about separately.
