Wheel Spacers Volvo S80

On the Volvo S80 the spacer centres on the 63.4 mm hub, with a 5x108 bolt pattern. The factory bolts are then too short, so they are replaced with longer ones, by exactly the thickness you choose.

Fits

The same 5x108 bolt pattern and the same 63.4 mm hub on: S80 124, S80 184.

For the Volvo S80 we carry spacers of 3, 5, 12, 15, 18, 20, 22, 25 and 30 mm.

Choosing the thickness

  • Up to 10 mm corrects the clearance against the caliper or the damper.
  • 10-20 mm brings the wheel level with the arch.
  • Over 20 mm widens the track seriously, and then you use spacers with their own studs.

What else you need

  • Bolts of the right thread, longer by exactly the thickness of the spacer. The engagement stays at least the thread diameter.
  • The bolt or nut seat has to match the wheel, tapered or radius. Do not mix them.
  • Check the torque again after the first few kilometres.
