Drag Cartel makes camshafts for the Honda K20A2 and K24A2 engines, CNC ground from 8620 billet steel. The sets range from the Drop In, which works with the stock valve springs, to the Elite Pro motorsport series in tool steel.

What is in this collection

  • Drop In: 12.7 mm lift on the intake VTEC lobe, with stock valve springs and retainers
  • 002.2 Endurance: 13.5 mm intake lift
  • 003.2 Street: 13.8 mm intake lift, meant by Drag Cartel for a K24 block with a K20 head
  • 004 and 004.5: 14.5 mm intake lift
  • 003.5 Elite Pro, in tool steel: 14.8 mm intake lift

How to choose

By engine and by what is in the cylinder head. The Drop In fits without new springs, but still needs cam timing and an engine tune. For the 002.2, 003.2, 004 and 004.5, Drag Cartel lists Supertech SPR-H1021D valve springs and retainers, sold separately. Besides the Civic Type R EP3 and Integra DC5, the maker lists the Acura RSX Type-S, Acura TSX and Civic Si 2006-2010.
