Rear or all wheel drive, a longitudinal engine, double wishbones at the front. Nothing that fits a Ceed fits it. It is the most serious chassis the brand has built.

They sit on the group's compact platform, the same one as the i30. Many parts overlap. If a position does not appear under Kia, look under Hyundai.

The rear axle cannot be guessed from the name

On the volume models, some versions have a torsion beam and others independent arms, within the same generation. You cannot tell from the name. Rear arms and bushes are chosen from the selector.
