What a lift asks for on a Jimny
Past a few centimetres, adjustable arms, an adjustable Panhard rod and brake line extensions come into it. Without them the car sits high but crooked, and the steering is lazy coming back. Check it from behind, with the wheels straight.
Swift Sport, the other direction
The 2018 Swift Sport has a 1.4 turbo engine and weighs 975 kilograms, seventy kilograms less than the previous generation. On a car that light, springs that are too stiff do more harm than good: it loses grip over bumps before it gains anything in roll. Bushes and the anti-roll bar give more.
