What you will find

• Anti-roll bars: often with several mounting holes, so you can set how firmly the bar ties the axle together
• Bushes and bush kits: in synthetic elastomer, by mounting position
• Adjustable arms: to correct camber and toe after lowering
• Alignment correction kits: offset bushes and mounts that bring angles back inside tolerance

What it does, in practice

A thicker rear anti-roll bar cuts body roll in a corner and moves the balance towards the rear, so the car turns in more easily and understeers less. Adjustable arms become necessary once the car is lowered: with less ride height, camber goes negative and the tyre wears on the inside unless you bring the geometry back into spec.

The order you fit them in

Bushes and arms first, then the alignment on the rig, and only after that do you set the bars. An alignment done before the bushes are changed is lost anyway, because a new bush moves the arm. The bars are set on the holes, without buying another part. You can try two or three settings until you find the balance you like. It is the cheapest way to change how a car behaves.
