Which homologation you need

In car racing, boots fall under the same standard as the suit, FIA 8856-2018. The Futura, Prime Extreme, Formula and Superleggera are also certified SFI 3.3, the US standard.

In karting, boots have been homologated separately since 2022, and they have been mandatory to 8877-2022 in FIA karting competitions since 2025. The adult K-Pole, K-Formula, K-Prime and K-Rock are not homologated: they are for track days and leisure karting.

The S-Park shoes are mechanic's shoes, for the paddock. They are not driver equipment.

Sizing

Try the boot on with a fireproof sock. The charts are in the FIA boot guide and the karting boot guide.
