Fitting notes
- The needle is driven by a Japanese stepper motor and makes a full sweep at start-up to calibrate itself.
- The sender has a 1/8 NPT thread. If the port on the engine has a different thread, the reducer or hose adapter is bought separately.
- The illumination has its own wire and goes to the side lights. The gauge reads with the illumination off as well.
