Stainless 304 Ball Lock Tie for Exhaust Wrap 200-500 mm
A stainless steel 304 tie that holds exhaust heat wrap tight on the manifold and the pipe. The ball in the head locks as you pull the tail, and the tie cannot be released after that. Sold individually.

How to choose
- The diameter in the table assumes 2 mm wrap on the pipe and leaves no tail to pull. If your pipe is close to the limit, take the next length up.
- Circumference is the diameter times 3.14: a wrapped 63 mm pipe comes to about 210 mm, a 76 mm one to about 250 mm. For both, 300 mm.
- Width has nothing to do with the pipe. The 12 mm tie presses the wrap over a larger area than the 5 mm one.
- It cannot be reused: once locked, it only comes off by cutting it. The tensioning tool is not included.
