The V-band kit joins two exhaust sections without welding them to each other: the two T-flanges are welded onto the pipes, and the clamp pulls them together. The joint can be undone at any time.

Where it goes
- On exhaust joints that have to come apart without cutting.
- The size is the diameter of the pipe the flange is welded onto.
- The compact flange has a smaller outside diameter and takes a 2.75 inch clamp instead of a 3 inch one. It suits places where there is little room around the pipe.
- Dimensions are approximate: cutting and welding leave small differences from one piece to the next.
