Skunk2 Ultra Lightweight Magnesium Valve Cover for Honda K20 / K24 Engines

The Skunk2 valve cover is cast from magnesium alloy and weighs 1.25 kg, 60 percent less than the 3.1 kg aluminium OEM cover. It sits 19 mm lower at the timing chain and 44 mm lower at the spark plugs, with relocated bolts for clean symmetry. It has two -10 AN ports for a catch can, with plugs, and a -08 AN port with a mesh filter and barb for the PCV.

What to check
- Not recommended for the 2006-2015 Civic: the windshield cowl may block access to the relocated dipstick and oil cap.
- It can be painted, but magnesium needs a special process.
- The -10 ORB to -10 AN fittings are sold separately (666-05-0300); the OEM hardware needs one extra bolt, 666-05-0400.
