The Sparco Competition H-2 Pull Up is a 6-point harness, approved to FIA 8853-2016. The lap straps tighten by pulling the free end upwards, and the 2 inch shoulder straps are made for FHR use.

Who it suits
- Drivers who tighten their own harness in the seat by pulling the lap strap ends upwards
- The same harness with pull down adjustment: Competition H-2 PD, part number BRN0040B0
- The 2 inch shoulder straps, narrower than 70 mm, are for use with an FHR such as HANS only: the 8853-2016 standard gives them their own label and restricts them to FHR use (Art. 6.4.1.1)
How long FIA 8853-2016 approval lasts
- The harness expires 5 years after the year of manufacture, and the date that counts is the one on the homologation label sewn to the strap (8853-2016 standard, Art. 8)
- Appendix J, Art. 253-6, requires FIA 8853-2016 harnesses in cars run under FIA regulations
