Genuine Honda 50 Degree VTC Actuator Intake Cam Gear for K-series Engines

The VTC gear sits on the end of the intake camshaft and advances or retards it; that is what sets i-VTEC apart from the earlier VTEC. The ECU controls the movement, but the gear limits it mechanically: 50 degrees is the most any stock actuator allows. On the Accord CL9 and CM2, limited to 25 degrees from the factory, it is a well-known upgrade.
