What matters at scrutineering
- The build date matters: an FT3 cell is valid five years from manufacture, plus two more after re-certification, never beyond seven years in total. The event regulations say what scrutineering accepts
- A one piece bladder has no joints to fail in an impact, which is the whole reason the standard exists
What is not in the box
- If the cell goes inside the cabin, the sealed flange cover and the filler pipe are supplied separately, not with the tank
