A male plug with a 37 degree cone, for closing a female AN or JIC fitting. It tightens straight into the fitting with no washer: it seals on the cone, the way every AN joint does.

What to know

• Sealing: on the 37 degree cone, metal to metal, no washer
• Head: hex head, tightened with a spanner
• Material: anodised aluminium

Intended use

• For closing a female fitting outlet you are not using, on a tank, an oil cooler or a surge tank.
• It also works as a test plug, when you build a line and want to pressurise it.
• It does not go into a straight threaded port: the seat there is flat, so use the port plug instead.
