AP Racing CP2623 Brake Master Cylinder, 19.1 mm Bore, 115 mm M8x1.25 Pushrod

The AP Racing CP2623 brake master cylinder has a 19.1 mm bore and a captive M8x1.25 pushrod, 115 mm long measured from the mounting flange. The body is forged aluminium alloy.

Before you fit it

• The bore sets the ratio between pedal force and line pressure: for the same force a smaller bore gives more pressure and a longer pedal travel.
• The M8x1.25 thread is on the pushrod. The fluid ports are 7/16x20 UNF on the feed and 3/8x24 UNF on the outlet.
• No fluid reservoir is included. AP CP4709 reservoirs screw straight onto the cylinder once the inlet adaptor and copper washer are removed.
• Each cylinder is set up at the factory with its own pushrod, so pushrods are not swapped between cylinders.
• The pushrod works at no more than 4 degrees from the cylinder axis.
