The spacer fits between the hub and the steering wheel and brings the wheel closer to the driver by the length you choose. It is drilled for both bolt patterns used on sport steering wheels, 6x70 and 6x74, so it fits most Sparco, OMP, Sabelt, RRS and QSP wheels.
