The stud replaces the wheel bolt: it screws into the hub and the wheel is held with a nut. It has an M12x1.25 thread and is sold individually, in 68, 82 and 90 mm lengths. The thread is the one used by Peugeot and Citroen.

Before you fit it
- Choose the length for the wheel thickness, plus any spacer: the stud must stand out far enough for the nut to take every thread.
- The end has a 5 mm hex socket, so it screws into the hub without a special tool.
- Change every stud on the hub, not just one.
Before you order
- Competition part. It changes the specification recorded in the vehicle registration, so the car is no longer road legal as homologated.
