The AP Racing screw type valve reduces the pressure in the rear axle brake line. Screwed fully in it gives no reduction; fully out, outlet pressure drops to about a third of inlet pressure, with infinite adjustment in between.

Before you fit it

  • It goes in the rear axle line, with the brake balance set towards the rear; reducing pressure then moves braking towards the front.
  • The anti-vibration clip is supplied separately. The valve is not serviceable.
Before you order
  • Competition part. It changes the specification recorded in the vehicle registration, so the car is no longer road legal as homologated.
