Good to know

  • To check the bolt pattern (PCD), measure from the centre of one wheel bolt hole to the centre of the hub: with 5 holes, that figure multiplied by 1.701 gives the pitch circle diameter.
  • With a spacer the original bolt is too short: use bolts longer by the spacer thickness, with the same thread and the same seat: ball seat wheel bolts M12x1.5 or M14x1.5.
  • A spacer only seats flat if it is thicker than the protrusion of the hub centring lip. Measure the lip before choosing the thickness.
  • Fitment is given for the car's original wheels. An aftermarket wheel can have a different centre bore or seat.
  • A spacer lowers the effective wheel offset by its thickness: with 15 mm, an ET35 wheel behaves like an ET20 one. The track width of the axle grows by twice the thickness, 30 mm at 15 mm.
  • The set covers one axle: a full car takes two sets.
  • For competition we recommend a long stud with a nut instead of the bolt.
